The invention discloses a synchronous gear-shifting method of a special no-clutch gearbox for a power battery car. The method comprises the following upshift steps: (1) the output torque of a motor is reduced to 0, a synchronizer is separated through an AMT, and the present gear is released to finish the gear-picking action; (2) the AMT enters the gear selecting action, after the gear is determined, whether the target rotational speed value of an input shaft is larger than the present rotational speed or not is determined according to the target gear, if yes, a +delta torque is sent to the motor, and if not, a -delta torque is sent to the motor, and at the same time, the AMT gives a gear engagement command and starts to be connected with the synchronizer; (3)when the driving part and the driven part of the synchronizer are completely synchronous, the target gear is shifted in; (4) the driving torque of the motor is recovered to the actually required torque. Compared with the prior art, the synchronous gear-shifting method has the maximal advantages that a clutch is omitted, so that the car manufacturing cost is lowered, and the process is simplified; meanwhile, as the torque increase and reduction mode is adopted, and the method is put forward in the aspect of kinematics, the effect of completely eliminating the rotating speed difference is achieved.
