The invention discloses a full-closed controller of an electrical vehicle. The full-closed controller comprises an anti-interference data exchanging submodule, a sensor submodule, a motor performance parameter feedback submodule and a motor driving submodule, wherein the anti-interference data exchanging submodule is used for updating the control program of the motor driving submodule on line and sending motor configuration parameters to the motor drying submodule; the sensor submodule is used for detecting the loading parameters and the road conditions of the vehicle and sending the detected data to the motor driving submodule; the motor performance parameter feedback submodule is used for sending the operating parameters of a motor to the motor driving submodule; the motor driving submodule is used for outputting control signals according to the received data and parameters so as to control the motor to operate. The controller disclosed by the invention adopts a speed-torque double closed loop control manner, so that the working efficiency of the motor is improved, the heat emission of the motor is greatly lowered, the driving distance of the electrical vehicle is lengthened, and the service life of a battery is prolonged; drivers can obtain higher riding comfort and higher controllability.
