The invention discloses a high-voltage safety protection method and circuit of an electric vehicle as well as the corresponding electric vehicle. The high-voltage safety protection method of the electric vehicle comprises steps as follows: arranging a collision sensor and a manual emergency switch in a control circuit of the electric vehicle and executing following steps to provide high-voltage safety protection: S1, judging whether the collision sensor acts or not, if the collision sensor does not act, performing S2, and otherwise, performing S3; S2, judging whether the manual emergency switch acts or not, if the manual emergency switch acts, performing S4, and otherwise, performing S1; S3, opening a high-voltage loop and disabling a motor MCU (micro controller unit); S4, opening the high-voltage loop and disabling the motor MCU. With the adoption of the method and the circuit, the high-voltage loop can be opened quickly and automatically when the pure electric vehicle has an emergency, and harm caused by high voltage to human bodies and property is avoided.
