The invention discloses a mechanism for adjusting the relative position between a drive shaft and a drive wheel. The mechanism comprises an adjusting strip. A sleeve is arranged at one end of the adjusting strip; a fixing pin is inserted and connected to the sleeve; a lock net is arranged at the end of the fixing pin and buckled to one side of the sleeve; an adjusting block is arranged at the other end of the adjusting strip and provided with a sleeve shaft; a nut sleeves on the sleeve shaft. According to the invention, the drive wheel can be installed through the fixing pin, the drive shaft can be installed through the sleeve shaft, the relative position between the drive shaft and the drive wheel can be adjusted through the rotation adjustment of the adjusting block around one end of the adjusting strip, and thus adjustment is more convenient
