The invention discloses a cab collision safety optimization method, a cab and a vehicle. The optimization method comprises connecting a local frame to a cab frame, unloading force transferred in the cab frame in the collision process onto the frame through a support point of the local frame and further setting a force transfer structure for unloading the force of a column B. Therefore, a reasonable mechanical transfer path can be designed through arranging the local frame and the force transfer structure; a cab collision deformation mode is improved to achieve an optimal passenger protection effect; and the optimization effect is prominent. In particular, compared with a medium-heavy truck with a whole frame structure, a light truck can reduce the weight and the oil consumption, and can guarantee the vehicle collision safety. The method is simple in process and low in cost, can perform different collision safety optimizations for cabs produced by identical molds, has no need to change a lot of molds, is huge in economic benefit, and has higher practicability and promotion value.
