An aluminous alloy frame comprises a main beam and a reinforcing beam, wherein the main beam is an I-beam, the bottom of the front end of the main beam is cut to form a cut edge, the cut edge is fixedly connected with the reinforcing beam, the main beam comprises an upper web plate, a vertical plate and a lower web plate, the middle of the upper web plate is fixedly connected with the middle of the lower web plate through the vertical plate to form an I-beam structure, and the cut edge is located at the front end of the vertical plate. The reinforcing beam is identical to the cut edge in bending radian and comprises two parallelly-arranged side clamping plates and a base plate, wherein the two side clamping plates are vertically connected with the base plate, and an adhesive groove is formed between the two side clamping plates and close to the position of the base plate. The two side clamping plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the cut edge, the middles of the two side clamping plates are in riveted connection with the vertical plate along the cut edge through multiple rivets, the cut edge is in adhered connection with the adhesive groove, and the tail end of the base plate is welded with the front end of the lower web plate. The aluminous alloy frame is high in mechanical strength, long in service life and low in manufacturing cost.
