The invention discloses a rotary spray device. Three layers of annular structures, namely the inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer, are composed of a hollow shaft, a sleeve shaft, a bearing seat and a bearing sleeve, and circulating hot water containing a scouring agent enters from a tube coil, passes through two round holes in the lower portion of the sleeve shaft, enters an interlayer between the sleeve shaft and the hollow shaft, flows upward, passes out of two round holes in the upper portion of the sleeve shaft, passes through a holding clamp and a second pope seat and enters a hot water branch pipe of a rotary spray pipe and is sprayed out through a group of nozzles. Clear water (can be tap water) for rinsing is input through a threaded port in the lower portion of the hollow shaft and passes through an inner hole of the hollow shaft and flows upward, and then the clear water is output through a threaded port of a threaded end ring and enters a clear water branch pipe of the rotary spray pipe and is sprayed out through another group of nozzles. The two groups of nozzles spray alternately, and the washing process is completed. Meanwhile, according to the device, a rotation motor is isolated from the rotary spray device, steam is prevented from entering into corrode motor equipment, and the service life of the motor is prolonged.
