The invention discloses an output circuit with power source polarity reverse connection protection for an automobile starting circuit. In the power source output circuit, a reverse connection protection circuit is arranged between a binding clamp and a control circuit, a first optocoupler is connected in the reverse connection protection circuit, an illuminator of the optocoupler is in series connection with a diode to be connected between a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the binding clamp, and a photoreceptor of the optocoupler is connected into a control chip through a triode. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the reverse connection protection circuit is arranged between the binding clamp and the control circuit, transmission of signals is achieved by the reverse connection protection circuit through the optocoupler, and the optocoupler is coupled when the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the binding clamp are correctly bond with an automobile power source; otherwise, the illuminator of the optocoupler does not give out light, and the optocoupler is in a disconnected state. The control chip controls the work of a relay by detecting whether the optocoupler is coupled, it is ensured that the binding clamp is communicated with the output end of the power source under the condition of correct binding, and otherwise the binding clamp is not communicated with the output end of the power source.
