The invention relates to a water-land amphibious barrel-shaped robot which belongs to the technical field of mechanical and electronic integration and consists of a propelling wheel shell, an interior driving device, a work platform, a sealing element and a connecting piece. A driving mechanism inside a propelling wheel consists of a gear motor, a support plate and a balancing weight. The main shafts of two propelling wheels are connected by two fixedly connected rhombus mounted bearings to make the two wheels have independent revolving speed. A transparent shell is adopted, the outer side of the shell is provided with a T-shaped blade, and the inner side is provided with a solar energy piece. A work platform between the two propelling wheels can be used for installing a work tool. The modular design is adopted, and two sides of the propelling wheels can be connected in series with another propelling wheel. The water-land amphibious barrel-shaped robot has good maneuverability and strong work capacity, and can be used for the fields of amphibious detection and transportation.
