The present invention is provided with a display device provided in a vehicle cabin, and/or a sound output device for outputting sound into the vehicle cabin. The present invention is characterized by being provided with a notification control means which, in cases when a vehicle is travelling in a state in which motive power is stopped, or in cases when it is highly likely that the vehicle is travelling in a state in which motive power is stopped, implements at least one from among: displaying, on the display means, recommended operation methods and/or that a motive-power-stoppage state is present; and outputting a notification sound from the sound output device.
