The invention relates to a marine spill oil processing boat which comprises a hull, a suction nozzle rack with a carriage, an oil suction pump ranged on the carriage and a translation mechanism driving the carriage to move on the suction nozzle rack. The translation mechanism comprises tooth bars engaged together and a walking gear with a lubrication mechanism arranged therein. The lubrication mechanism comprises an oil outlet, a gas supplementing port, a sealing head, a first spring driving the sealing head to seal the oil outlet, a cylinder body and a piston, wherein the piston divides the cylinder body into a gas chamber and an oil chamber, the piston is provided with a check valve opened in a direction facing the gas chamber, the piston is connected with the sealing head through a connecting rod, the oil outlet communicates with the oil chamber, the gas supplementing port communicates with the gas chamber, the oil outlet is arranged on the tooth tip of the walking gear, and the distance of the sealing head extending out of the walking gear is greater than the tooth tip gap between the walking gear and the tooth bars. The marine spill oil processing boat is capable of self lubricating and can draw marine spill oil out of the water surface. The marine spill oil processing boat solves the problem that marine spill oil can not be conveniently draw out of the water surface.
