The invention provides an automobile rear spare wheel device, which comprises a rear wall inner plate, a rear wall outer plate, a rear spare wheel strengthened carling rear extension plate, and a rear spare wheel strengthened carling, wherein the rear wall outer plate is connected with the rear wall inner plate; one end of the rear spare wheel strengthened carling rear extension plate is connected with the rear wall outer plate; the rear spare wheel strengthened carling is connected onto the other end of the rear spare wheel strengthened carling rear extension plate; and the rear wall inner plate and the rear wall outer plate are connected with the rear spare wheel strengthened carling via the rear spare wheel strengthened carling rear extension plate. Mounting strength of the rear spare wheel and rigidness of rear torsion can be improved, and thus the mounting strength is improved, transmission of a rear collision force is facilitated, and safety of passengers can be ensured.
