Provided is a wind and electric power combined-drive motor vehicle. The wind and electric power combined-drive motor vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a motor, a solar panel, an auxiliary aerogenerator and a vehicle-mounted storage battery providing the vehicle body with electricity. The vehicle body comprises a front vehicle wheel, two back vehicle wheels, a truss-type vehicle frame and a housing covering the truss-type vehicle frame. The solar panel and the motor are both electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted storage battery. The solar panel serves as a solar electricity supply source for the vehicle body. The vehicle-mounted storage battery is used as a direct electricity power source of the vehicle body. A fan power input shaft of the auxiliary aerogenerator and an output shaft of the motor are driven by means of a gearbox and used for rotation of a back wheel spindle connecting the two back vehicle wheels. The gearbox comprises three support plates and connecting rods for connecting all the support plates. A motor drive area and a fan drive area are formed among the three support plates. Wind power generated by a fan is directly transmitted to a traveling system by a transmission system so that the general requirement for driving speed is satisfied and natural clean energy can be utilized to the maximum extent.
