The invention provides a novel seabed base. The novel seabed base comprises a baseboard with the circumference uniformly provided with a group of supporting plates, the baseboard is connected with a main releaser, the main releaser is connected with a main floating body, the main floating body is provided with the main releaser, the main releaser is in communication connection of a communication station arranged outside the seabed base, the supporting plates is connected with a main floating body release rope bin, main floating body release ropes respectively connected with the supporting plates and the main floating body are arranged in the main floating body release rope bin, and the main floating body is also connected with a marine apparatus and a tracker; and a drug prevention cover is connected between every two adjacent supporting plates in a matching manner, and drug prevention covers match with the baseboard to form a closed conical structure with a cavity. The novel seabed base is convenient to transport and carry, a serially connected single releaser control single floating body double-insurance system is adopted, floating body effluent GPS tracing positioning is carried out to constantly monitor the position of an apparatus, and baffle plates are arranged below the bottom rack of the seabed base to prevent the bottom net drug in order to prevent fish-up of the seabed base.
