The one-base multi-body floating type wave-energy converting device comprises a square lighter and a mooring system, wherein two front vertical cabins, a middle vertical cabin and two rear vertical cabins are respectively arranged at the front end, the middle part and the rear end of the square lighter, the front vertical cabins and the rear vertical cabins are respectively distributed from one side of the square lighter to the other side of the square lighter at intervals, the middle vertical cabin is transversely arranged along the square lighter, hinges are respectively mounted at the lower parts corresponding to a gap between every two adjacent front vertical cabins and a gap between every two adjacent rear vertical cabins, of the middle vertical cabin, one end of each supporting arm is connected with the corresponding hinge, the other end of each supporting arm stretches out to be connected with a wave absorption floating body attached to the outer outline of the front vertical cabin or the rear vertical cabin, each attachment surface is a concentric circular arc, acting elements which are pushed by the wave absorption floating bodies to make action are arranged on the cabin wall of the middle vertical cabin, the upper part of the middle vertical cabin is formed as an equipment cabin, and energy converting equipment matched with the acting elements is mounted in the equipment cabin. The one-base multi-body floating type wave-energy converting device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple and reasonable, a sea using area can be saved, and the construction cost, the investment cost and the maintenance cost based on equal installed capacity can be reduced.
