The invention provides a frame for a subway steel rail grinding wagon. The frame has a middle beam, wherein a sleeper beam is arranged on the lower end surface of the middle beam; a front end beam is arranged at one end of the middle beam; one side of the middle beam is connected with an edge beam I through multiple parallel cross beams, and the other side of the middle beam is connected with an edge beam II through multiple parallel cross beams; one end of the edge beam I is vertically connected with one end of the front end beam; one end of the edge beam II is vertically connected with the other end of the front end beam; the other ends of the edge beam I and the edge beam II are connected with the middle beam through a back end beam; a front traction beam is arranged on the lower end surface of one end of the middle beam; one end of the front traction beam is connected with the front end beam; and a back traction beam is arranged on the lower end surface of the other end of the middle beam. The frame has the advantages of high strength and rigidity and light deadweight and high bearing capacity of the whole wagon.
