Disclosed is an electronic controller adding five functions to electric vehicles, characterized in that: the electronic controller is formed in a closed connection of a three-phase electric motor (1-4),a three-phase carriage rectifying circuit (1-5), a battery grouping charging connecting circuit (1-2), a brushless controller (1-3), and the three-phase electric motor (1-4) which are sequentially arranged in serial order; the electronic controller can also be formed in a closed connection by organizing the sequentially serial order into: a brushless direct current electric motor (1-4)', a battery grouping charging connecting circuit (1-2), a brushless direct current controller (1-3)', and the brushless direct electric motor (1-4)'. The electronic controller herein is mounted on an electric motor and an electric vehicle and adds five functions thereto, i.e., automatic brake of the vehicle upon encountering road barriers, electromagnetic brake, self-generation, prolonged tire duration, and prolonged life of mechanical brake. The electronic controller of the invention permits better performance of electronic vehicles and brings convenience and safety to bike-riders, which symbolizes a new era for electronic vehicles.
