The invention discloses a hydrophilic type deep-sea space station main ballast device. The device comprises a first high-pressure gas holder set, a second high-pressure gas holder set, an emergency high-pressure gas holder set, a gas-supply main pipe, and first to tenth main water ballast tanks, which are connected through pipes, thereby forming four subsystems, i.e., a gas supply and distribution subsystem, a diving subsystem, a normal blowdown subsystem, and an emergency blowdown subsystem. The device disclosed by the invention employs multiple high-pressure gas holders and multiple sets of power supply pipes, improves the system operation reliability, prevents pre-embedment of penetrating pieces in a pressure withstanding structure, reduces the structural processing defects, and allows easy realization of great submergence depth. At the same time, the device disclosed by the invention prevents high-pressure gas from entering a man rated chamber and ensures the personnel safety.
