The invention discloses a rotor lifting force generation device with air wheels at the front edge and belongs to the aviation technical field. The device comprises a rack, a first input shaft, a straight gear set, a pipe shaft, a first rotor, a second rotor, a second input shaft, a bevel gear set, a first air wheel shaft, a second air wheel shaft, a first air wheel and a second air wheel, wherein the first input shaft and the pipe shaft are vertically arranged, the first and second air wheel shafts are coaxially and horizontally arranged; one end of the first air wheel shaft is perpendicularly connected with the pipe shaft through a bearing; the other end of the first air wheel shaft is arranged at the tip of the first rotor through another bearing; one end of the second air wheel shaft is perpendicularly connected with the pipe shaft through a bearing; the other end of the second air wheel shaft is arranged at the tip of the second rotor through another bearing; the first and second air wheels are arranged in the front end grooves of the first and second rotors. Under the driving of power, the two rotors perform revolution around the pipe shaft and the two air wheels rotate in the front edge grooves of the rotors; the device is applied in a vertical lifting aircraft as a lifting force device.
