A bottom balance cabin is additionally arranged, so that the height of the gravity center of a ship is effectively reduced; due to the fact that the volume of displacement of the ship is increased, freeboards are heightened, and the water inflow angle is relatively increased; folded edges are arranged on the double-layer bottom and the bottom edge, resistance is increased in the rolling process of the ship, and the rolling frequency is reduced; the area moment in the position of the fifty percent of the liquid level is relatively reduced, so that free liquid level influences are reduced. Thus, the ship is in a stable and balanced state, the safety performance is greatly improved, through a stability calculation method, the ship stability and balance reliability can be improved by increasing a GM value, and the safety performance is higher.
