The invention discloses an electric power assisting device. The electric power assisting device comprises a flywheel, a wireless intelligent torque sensor module, a shell A, a shell B, a hollow middle shaft, a center supporting frame and an assisting-power module, wherein the assisting-power module comprises an assisting-power generation component, an assisting-power delivery component, a torque sensor and an intelligent controller, the shell A is connected with the hollow middle shaft through a bearing, the shell B is configured in a rotatable mode, the flywheel penetrates through the shell A to be connected with the wireless intelligent torque sensor module through a bolt, the wireless intelligent torque sensor module is installed on the inner surface of the shell A, torque is transmitted to the intelligent controller through the torque sensor, the assisting-power generation component is controlled by the intelligent controller to generate the needed assisting-power, and the needed assisting-power is delivered to the shell B through the assisting-power delivery component. According to the electric power assisting device, the feeling of a rider is optimized, the rider can adjust according to self physical power to ride farther freely, and not only is the destination reached quickly, but also proper exercise can be conducted according to self conditions.
