The invention discloses a dynamic property real-time monitoring system of a railway turnout. The dynamic property real-time monitoring system of the railway turnout comprises a strain rosette collection device, a collection module, a software customization controller and an acceleration sensor. Strain rosettes are stuck to the two section faces, away from the midspan by 110 mm, of central shafts on the two sides of a rail waist respectively, and 45-degree angles are formed between the directions of strain gauges in the strain rosettes and the longitudinal direction of a steel rail. The strain rosette at each position is bridged through a flexible flat cable, the output ends of bridge circuits are connected to bridge boxes matched with the collection module, and the output ends of the bridge boxes are connected to four channels of the collection module respectively through RJ-50 sockets. The acceleration sensor is directly connected with the collection module through a cable, and the collection module is inserted in a case of the software customization controller. According to the dynamic property real-time monitoring system of the railway turnout, monitoring on the wheel rail force and the vibration acceleration is achieved at the same time in the same system. In the monitoring process, the waveforms of the wheel rail force and the vibration acceleration can be displayed in real time, real-time analysis can be conducted, and the expansibility of the system is high.
