The invention discloses a cast thrust rod for a balance suspension of a heavy truck. The cast thrust rod comprises a rod portion and double-neck ball heads, the rod portion comprises a connecting rod of an integral structure, and the double-neck ball heads are formed at the two ends of the connecting rod in a one-shot mode. The connecting rod is of the integral cast type structure, the double-neck ball heads are directly cast at the two ends of the connecting rod, and the cross section of the connecting rod is in a cross shape. The cast thrust rod has the advantages that under the premise that the strength requirement of the connecting rod is met, the cross section of the connecting rod is designed to be in the cross shape, so that the weight of the cast thrust rod is greatly reduced, and lightening of the truck is facilitated.
