The multifunctional tracked robot type stair-climbing wheelchair is reasonable in structure design and ingenious and novel in design, a step of a stairway can be clamped through the front fixing frame and the rear fixing frame, both climbing upstairs and climbing downstairs can be achieved; operation is stable, using is safe, accidents are unlikely to happen, and the wheelchair can travel normally on the flat ground through the front wheels and the rear wheels.
