The invention provides a carbon fibre reinforced polylactic acid composite material as well asa preparation method and application thereof. The carbon fibre reinforced polylactic acid composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of modified carbon fibre, 50-80 parts of polylactic acid, 1.5-5 parts of a silane coupling agent, 0.5-3 parts of an antioxygent, 0.1-1 part of a lubricating agent, and 0.1-0.5 part of a light stabilizer, wherein the modified carbon fibre is obtained by carrying out oxidization modification and grafting modification of carbon fibre in sequence. The carbon fibre reinforced polylactic acid composite material prepared by the invention can be biodegradable; furthermore, the carbon fibre reinforced polylactic acid composite material has excellent mechanical property and thermal stability and wide application range; particularly, the carbon fibre reinforced polylactic acid composite material can be used for replacing the traditional metal material and used as an automobile component material; a formed automobile component is light in weight and good in appearance and quality; and the use property of the automobile component can be satisfied well.
