The invention provides a speed-reducing collision prevention device for a vehicle. The speed-reducing collision prevention device mainly comprises an arc rubber block, a vertical connecting rod, an inclined connecting rod and a relay suction-pull switch, wherein the relay suction-pull switch pulls teeth through connecting rods so as to enable the teeth to move inwards by means of overcoming the resistance of tooth springs; the arc rubber block falls downwards along with a vertical sliding cylinder and an inclined sliding cylinder under the effect of gravity, so that the vehicle is prevented from moving forwards. The speed-reducing collision prevention device for the vehicle has the advantages that the arc rubber block and a control device are utilized for preventing the vehicle from moving forwards, so that the speed reduction is realized, and meanwhile two start modes, namely an automatic mode and a manual mode, can further be designed for emergency situations; the structure is reasonable, the cost is low, the installation and use are convenient, vehicle collision accidents can be dramatically reduced through popularization and promotion of the speed-reducing collision prevention device, and the safety of the vehicle as well as drivers and passengers is greatly improved.
