The invention discloses a roller wing lift force generation device with wind balls at wing points, and belongs to the field of aviation technologies. The device comprises a rack, a power input shaft, a gear set, a main shaft and two or three or four roller wings, wherein the roller wings are symmetrically arranged around the upper end of the main shaft and are the same in structure and parameter. Each roller wing comprises a roller shaft, a roller and a wind ball fixedly connected to the point end of the corresponding roller, the roller shafts are connected to the axes of the rollers through bearings, the root ends of the roller shafts are perpendicularly and fixedly connected with the upper end of the main shaft, and all the roller shafts are horizontally arranged. Under driving of power, the roller wings revolve around the axis of the main shaft in an anticlockwise mode, the wind balls drive the rollers to rotate around the roller shafts, and in this way, lift force is generated and controlled through adjusting the rotation speed of the power input shaft. The device is convenient and flexible to use and is used as a lift force device applied to a vertical lift aircraft.
