The invention provides a technology for converting water flow energy into electric power through an electrically-driven adjustable propeller system during sailing voyage and storing electric power, belongs to the field of combination of wind sailing, electric drive and electricity generation and storage, and solves the technical difficulty abouthow to more fully use relative water flow generated by wind energy to generate electricity without adding a large number of additional devices during sea voyage. According to the invention, an on-board storage battery, a motor and a pitch-adjustable propeller system are used as propelling devices when a sailing ship runs under the driving of the motor, so that reverse charging becomes possible during sailing voyage; and when the system is used on a catamaran, through different adjustment of the resistance surfaces of the left and right pitch-adjustable propellers, the water energy resistance generated of former turning is used for charging and the effect of the rudder is replaced. The technology can be applied to the field of low-carbon environment-friendly sailing ship voyage and the purpose of a long voyage by completely depending on natural force without any fossil energy is achieved.
