The invention discloses a hydraulic crawler-type transfer bogie used in wind power tower drum manufacture. The hydraulic crawler-type transfer bogie comprises a bearing platform, a hydraulic system and a travelling mechanism. The travelling mechanism comprises track chassis, tracked travelling wheels and a central swivel joint. The bearing platform is supported on the front and rear track chassis capable of rotating. The central swivel joint is arranged in the middle part of the track chassis and is connected with the tracked travelling wheels and can drive the tracked travelling wheels to rotate. The hydraulic system comprises hydraulic oil cylinders and piston rods corresponding to the hydraulic oil cylinders. The piston rods are arranged between the caterpillar chassis and the bearing platform and are arranged vertically. The tops of the piston rods are in contact with the bottom of the bearing platform. The hydraulic crawler-type transfer bogie is low in manufacturing cost and convenient to use, and drives the tracked wheels to rotate by using a hydraulic principle, so that a wind power tower drum can be smoothly transferred. Therefore, tower drum transfer is realized in the wind power tower drum manufacturing process without limitation of field of use and requiring no traveling track.
