The invention belongs to the technical field of nondestructive examination of a nuclear reactor pressure container welding seam of a nuclear power station and particularly relates to a nuclear reactor pressure container examination lifting and positioning platform. The platform comprises a legged lower platform (5), a lifting platform mechanism (3) and a mechanical arm (1). The legged lower platform (5) is a platform structure with supporting legs and is supported on the lower bottom surface inside a nuclear reactor pressure container. The long-rod-shaped lifting platform mechanism (3) extending in the vertical direction is mounted in the middle of the legged lower platform (5) and comprises a first standing column (14), a second standing column (12) and a third standing column (11) which are sequentially nested from inside to outside. The second standing column (12) and the third standing column (11) slide along the first standing column (14). The mechanical arm (1) is mounted at the upper end of the outer side of the third standing column (11). The nuclear reactor pressure container examination lifting and positioning platform can perform quick lifting and positioning, and full coverage of a welding seam range required to be examined is realized.
