The invention discloses a device for replacing a winch steel wire rope. The device comprises an operation platform, sliding wheels are arranged at the bottom of the operation platform, a rotating disc is arranged at the top of the operation platform and connected with the operation platform in a rotating mode, a fixing shaft is arranged in the geometric center of the rotating disc, and multiple supporting rolling wheels are arranged between the rotating disc and the operation platform. The device for replacing the winch steel wire rope is simple in structure and easy to operate, free rotation of the rotating disc replaces hoisting, the potential safety hazards of rope disc swinging and falling are eliminated, the stability of a rope disc is improved, in this way, the safety in the process of replacing the winch steel wire rope is improved, and meanwhile labor intensity is lowered.
