The invention relates to a subway passenger flow evacuation device, system and method. The subway passenger flow evacuation device comprises a box body, a controller and an indicating mechanism, wherein the box body is installed on the ground in front of a station shield door, the controller is arranged in the box body, the plane of the upper end of the box body is flush with the ground of a station, a tread sensor is arranged on the plane of the upper end of the box body, a tread sensing zone is formed on the ground in front of the station shield door, and the treat sensor and the indicating mechanism are respectively and electrically connected with the controller. When passengers pass through the tread sensing zone, the controller obtains the number of the passengers getting on and off a subway according to different weights of the passengers and individual position moving directions, the indicating mechanism displays the number of the passengers in a current subway compartment and/or the passenger flow density situation in the subway compartment and effectively guides the passengers to enter compartments where the number of passengers is small, the getting-on and getting-off time of the passengers is shortened, stop time for a train at the station is shortened, the operating efficiency of the subway is improved, and subway taking comfort of the passengers is improved.
