The invention discloses an electronic parking system used in a vehicle and the vehicle comprising the electronic parking system. The electronic parking system comprises a brake disc, a brake caliper bracket, a first pressure sensor, a second pressure sensor, an inner friction plate, an outer friction plate, a braking mechanism and a controller, wherein a first chute positioned on the inner side of the brake disc and a second chute positioned on the outer side of the brake disc are formed in the brake caliper bracket; the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor are positioned in the first chute and the second chute; the braking mechanism is used for driving the inner friction plate and the outer friction plate to push against two sides of the brake disc; the controller is connected with the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor and the braking mechanism. When the vehicle is parked on the road surface of an upslope, the vehicle is ignited and started, the braking mechanism is controlled by the controller to perform motions to separate the inner friction plate and the outer friction plate from the brake disc when the pressure detected by the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor is greater than zero and is gradually reduced to zero. By adopting the electronic parking system used in the vehicle, the vehicle can be started smoothly.
