The invention provides a positional adjusting method, device and system of a vehicle part and a mobile terminal. The method includes the steps of acquiring an operational command which a user executes on an operating interface of the vehicle part, with the operating interface of the vehicle part being displayed on a display screen of the mobile terminal; transmitting the operational command to an information station of a vehicle so that the information station transmits the operational command to an ECU (electronic controller unit) of the corresponding part, and allowing the ECU to control a motor of the corresponding part to operate so that the position of the corresponding part is consistent to that of the corresponding part on the operating interface. According to the method, the mobile terminal transmits the operational command to the information station of the vehicle so that the information station transmits the operational command to the ECU of the corresponding part, the ECU controls the motor of the corresponding part to operate so as to adjust the position of the vehicle part, operating is convenient, simple and more humanized with less time and labor consumed, and user experience is improved.
