The invention discloses a hub motor electromagnetic clutch device. The hub motor electromagnetic clutch device comprises a hub motor, an axis cylinder type electromagnetic clutch, a driving pair and a friction type driven pair. The axis cylinder type electromagnetic clutch is embedded in the hub motor and drives the driving pair to move axially, and the friction face of the driving pair makes contact with the friction face of the driven pair to drive a wheel to rotate. During the separation motion, the axis cylinder type electromagnetic clutch drives the driving pair to retract, the friction face of the driving pair and the friction face of the driven pair are separated, and power transmission is interrupted. The invention further discloses another hub motor electromagnetic clutch device which comprises a hub motor, an axis cylinder type electromagnetic clutch and a sliding pin type driven pair, axis cylinders of the axis cylinder type electromagnetic clutch are directly connected with pin holes in the sliding pin type driven pair so that a wheel can be driven to synchronously rotate; during the separation motion, the axis cylinders of the axis cylinder type electromagnetic clutch retract and are separated from the pin holes in the driven pair, and power transmission is interrupted. The two types of hub motor electromagnetic clutch devices have the advantages that the structures are compact, energy is saved, and mechanical impact and electromagnetic impact generated in the start and stop process of an electric vehicle can be effectively relieved.
