The invention provides an anti-fall magnetic automatic decelerating device for a lift car. The anti-fall magnetic automatic decelerating device for the lift car comprises a decelerating block assembled on the back face of the lift car. An electromagnetic block is assembled in the decelerating block. A decelerating rail corresponding to the decelerating block is arranged on the rear portion of the lift car in a vertical shaft. A fixed permanent magnet is arranged on the decelerating rail. A wind speed starting device is arranged on the side face of the lift car. The electromagnetic block is connected with a direct-current power source assembled on the lift car through the wind speed starting device. After the electromagnetic block is powered on, the magnetic force line inclines downwards, the magnetic force line of the permanent magnet inclines upwards, and the like poles of the lower portion of the permanent magnet and the upper portion of the electromagnetic block which is provided with direct current are opposite. By the adoption of the anti-fall magnetic automatic decelerating device, when the lift car falls, the decelerating function of the lift car is automatically started through a relative wind speed, and the lift car can be decelerated under the action of magnetic force.
