The invention discloses an anti-toppling system used during carrier rocket vertical descending recovery. The anti-toppling system comprises a landing platform, four automatic guide trolleys and steel ropes; the automatic guide trolleys are placed on the landing platform and are connected through the steel ropes to form a square landing area, each automatic guide trolley comprises a base, four pairs of walking trolleys installed below the base, a plurality of stages of stretchable hydraulic cylinders installed at the upper end of the base, a steel rope storage device fixed to the base, a plurality of detection systems and orientation wheels, the detection systems and the orientation wheels are installed on the lateral walls of the multiple stages of stretchable hydraulic cylinders, and each steel rope in the corresponding steel rope storage device penetrates through the corresponding orientation wheel to be fixed to the lateral wall of the second stage of stretchable rod of the adjacent automatic guide trolley. According to the anti-toppling system used during carrier rocket vertical descending recovery, when carrier rocket vertical descending recovery is carried out, a firm, durable, safe, reliable and conveniently-used protection system can be effectively provided; once a rocket inclines during landing, the anti-toppling system can effectively prevent the rocket from toppling.
