The invention discloses a bike with the function of controlling a front fork to rotate. The lower end of a head tube of the bike is provided with an anti-rotation mechanism controlling the front fork to rotate. The bottom end of the head tube is provided with a shift-down bowl with a gear ring, an installing bottom plate is installed at the bottom end of a front fork shift-down part, and an installing base installed on a front braking screw rod. A guiding plate is arranged on the inner side of the tail end of the installing base, an adjustable long groove is formed in the rear end of the guiding plate, and an arc-shaped inner gear and a leaf spring are placed in the guiding plate. An eccentric poking rod is arranged at the tail end of the installing base. The long end of the eccentric poking rod pushes the leaf spring, the arc-shaped inner gear and the guiding plate forwards so that the arc-shaped inner gear and the gear ring of the shift-down bowl can be meshed. Because of elasticity generated due to deformation of the leaf spring, the arc-shaped inner gear can press the gear ring of the shift-down bowl, external force needs to be larger than the elasticity generated by the leaf spring, and then the front fork can rotate. It is guaranteed that when large external force is applied to a bike head, the front fork can rotate by a certain angle, and the gravity center is adjusted so that the bike cannot fall easily.
