The invention provides a vehicular safety detecting device. The vehicular safety detecting device comprises a first capacitive sensor, a second capacitive sensor, a first power amplifier, a second power amplifier, a first A/D converter, a second A/D converter, a controller and an alarm, wherein the first capacitive sensor is disposed on the ceiling of the front seats of a vehicle and outputs a first electric field distribution signal; the second capacitive sensor is disposed on the ceiling of the rear seats of the vehicle and outputs a second electric field distribution signal; the first power amplifier amplifies the first electric field distribution signal; the second power amplifier amplifies the second electric field distribution signal; the first A/D converter converts the analog first electric field distribution signal into a digital first electric field distribution signal; the second A/D converter converts the analog second electric field distribution signal into a digital second electric field distribution signal; the controller performs data latching on the first electric field distribution signal and the second electric field distribution signal when receiving the opening signal of an electronic key, compares with pre-store values, and outputs a safety pre-judging signal; the alarm gives out an alarm according to the safety pre-judging signal.
