The invention provides a control device of a vehicular air conditioner. The control device comprises a semiconductor carbon monoxide sensor, a power supply, a power amplifier, a controller, an air conditioner switch and a liftable window switch, wherein the semiconductor carbon monoxide sensor converts the carbon monoxide concentration in a vehicle into an electric signal; the power supply end of the power amplifier is connected to the power supply, the signal input end of the power amplifier is connected to the output end of the carbon monoxide sensor, the power amplifier performs power amplification on the carbon monoxide gas concentration signal, and the power level of the amplified signal is matched with the power level at the input end of the controller; the controller is connected to the output end of the power amplifier, compares the carbon monoxide gas concentration signal with a pre-stored threshold, and outputs a control signal; the air conditioner switch receives the control signal output by the controller so as to control the on and off of an air conditioner; the liftable window switch receives the control signal output by the controller so as to control liftable windows to move up and down.
