The invention discloses a height-adjustable tool hand-push iron trolley. A sliding cabinet door is adopted so that an iron cabinet can be opened and precious parts or tools contained in the cabinet can be taken out under the condition of insufficient space. An anti-falling net is additionally arranged on the middle layer so that the parts on the middle layer can be prevented from falling. The upper layer is divided into multiple regions through vertical partitions so that small parts such as nut gaskets can be placed respectively. Wheels are fixedly connected with the bottom layer of the iron cabinet through height-adjustable connecting rods, so that the height of the trolley is adjustable, and the trolley can be assembled for high equipment.
