The invention relates to an inflatable wing flap sail which comprises a sail body. The end of a main mast fixedly connected to the sail body is fixedly connected with a rotating base. The rotating base is meshed with a main gear. The main gear is driven by a first hydraulic motor. The end of the sail body is provided with a soft inflating cavity through a rotating mechanism. The soft inflating cavity can conduct up-down overturning relative to the sail body, and the end of the soft inflating cavity is fixedly connected with a hard tail tip. The rotating mechanism comprises a hollow rotating shaft arranged at the end of the sail body and a rotating control shaft. The hollow rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the soft inflating cavity. An inner cavity of the hollow rotating shaft is communicated with the soft inflating cavity. The end of the hollow rotating shaft is connected with an air pump. The rotating control shaft is fixedly connected with a cylinder gear. The cylinder gear is meshed with an arc rack on the outer wall of the hollow rotating shaft. The end of the rotating control shaft is connected with a second hydraulic motor. According to the inflatable wing flap sail, automatic unfolding of a sail wing flap is achieved through the soft inflating cavity and the special air cavity design, the propulsive efficiency of the wing-shaped sail of the type is improved, the engineering application cost is lowered, and the inflatable wing flap sail has the advantages of being simple in structure and high in practicability.
