The invention provides a fingerprint anti-theft system of an electric vehicle. The fingerprint anti-theft system of the electric vehicle comprises a fingerprint collecting unit, a data processing unit, a central control unit and an executing unit. The fingerprint collecting unit inputs collected fingerprint information into the data processing unit. The data processing unit compares the input information with data in a database. The central control unit sends an execution instruction to the executing unit according to a comparison result of the data processing unit. By the adoption of the fingerprint anti-theft system of the electric vehicle, a driver can open the vehicle without a key, if an unspecified driver intrudes into the vehicle, an alarm is given out, and the reliability, safety and experience of the electric vehicle are improved.
