The invention provides a monitoring system for improving the parking safety of an automobile. When an automobile control and processing device receives an automobile door closing instruction transmitted by a first communication device, a gas concentration detecting device is started to detect vibration on an automobile seat, and when it is detected that the gas concentration change is too large, a concentration standard exceeding signal is transmitted to the automobile control and processing device. When the automobile control and processing device receives the concentration standard exceeding signal from the gas concentration detecting device, an in-automobile temperature measuring device is started. The in-automobile temperature measuring device is used for detecting temperature in the automobile when started, and the detected in-automobile temperature value is transmitted to the automobile control and processing device. When the in-automobile temperature value received by automobile control and processing device from the in-automobile temperature measuring device exceeds a preset temperature threshold value, a reminding start signal is transmitted to a second communication device through the first communication device. When the second communication device receives the reminding start signal from the first communication device, a start command is sent to a reminding device.
