The invention discloses a method of adjusting a plant protection spraying system of a single-rotor agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle and belongs to the technical field of plant protection by agricultural unmanned aerial vehicles. The method includes the steps of under certain temperature and humidity conditions, determining maximum spray height H1, 3m to 5m, according to evaporation parameter and a test to obtain effective spraying swath X while a nozzle is horizontal; comparing operational temperature and humidity to the temperature and humidity under the measurement conditions in the step A, and adjusting spraying height H2 and nozzle inclination angle Delta when operation is determined. During adjusting, the higher the temperature, the less the spraying height H2 corresponding to the operation; the higher the humidity, the greater the spraying height H2 corresponding to the operation. The method has the advantages that operating efficiency is improved, spraying quality and spraying effect are guaranteed, pesticide residue safety can also be guaranteed for crops and the method is suitable for popularization and application for higher efficiency of unmanned aerial vehicle based plant protection.
