Disclosed is a round object hoisting anti-slip fixture. The round object hoisting anti-slip fixture comprises a steel cable and an anti-slip unit, wherein the anti-slip unit is composed of an anti-slip cushion and a pressure block; the steel cable penetrates the gap formed by the anti-slip cushion and the pressure block; the pressure block is connected to the anti-slip cushion through a connecting bolt. The round object hoisting anti-slip fixture has the advantage of, by means of the design of a toothed lower surface, being capable of avoiding slipping of the steel cable when a large round object rotates during a hoisting process by the steel cable; by means of independent design of the anti-slip unit, the round object hoisting anti-slip fixture can bear round objects in various sizes under the premise of sufficient strength. The round object hoisting anti-slip fixture also has the advantages of being high in adaptability, simple in assembly and disassembly, convenient and high in anti-skip effects.
