The invention relates to an unbiased loading type telescopic container lifting appliance comprising a main beam, a front intermediate beam, a back intermediate beam, a front end beam and a back end beam, wherein the front intermediate beam and the back intermediate beam are respectively inserted in telescopic sleeves at both ends of the main beam; the front intermediate beam and the back intermediate beam are intermediate sleeves, the front end beam is inserted in the sleeve of the front intermediate beam through an outer end hole of the front intermediate beam, and the front end beam is in telescopic fit with the front intermediate beam; the back end beam is inserted in the sleeve of the back intermediate beam through an outer end hole of the back intermediate beam, and the back end beam is in telescopic fit with the back intermediate beam. The length of a single segment of beam body is reduced, in a complete shrinkage state, intersection or interference between the left and right beam bodies is avoided, and thus the complete symmetry of the left and right telescopic beam body structures of the telescopic container lifting appliance is ensured, and the balance of the container lifting appliance is improved.
