The invention relates to a lake surface garbage cleaning device which comprises a fixed bracket, wherein the fixed bracket is mounted on the nose of a salvage ship; a first garbage conveyer belt and a motor which drives the first garbage conveyer belt to rotate circularly are obliquely arranged on the fixed bracket; a filter hole is formed in the first garbage conveyer belt. The lake surface garbage cleaning device is reasonable in structural design; the device is mounted on the nose of the salvage ship and the first garbage conveyer belt is obliquely arranged; when the first garbage conveyer belt works, the lake surface garbage is conveyed upwards along with the first garbage conveyer belt and drops in the ship, so that the lake surface garbage can be easily and rapidly cleaned and collected, the working efficiency is greatly improved, the labor intensity is reduced, labor is saved and public spending is decreased.
