The invention discloses a scooter capable of being stretched and adjusted. The scooter comprises a frame and a seat, wherein the frame comprises a front frame and a rear frame; front and rear wheels are respectively mounted at the bottoms of the front frame and the rear frame; the seat is mounted on the rear frame; a ratchet bar mechanism used for adjusting the length of a scooter body is connected between the front frame and the rear frame. The relative distance between the front frame and the rear frame can be conveniently and rapidly adjusted by a user through the matching between the pawl and rack of the ratchet bar mechanism, the scooter is stable and reliable to adjust and is not easy to get loose, the length of the scooter body is matched with the body type of the user, the user obtains more comfortable riding experience, meanwhile, the scooter can be stretched to a smaller size during transportation and carrying, the scooter is convenient to transport and carry by the user, a locking device is further arranged on the rear frame, the ratchet bar mechanism can be fixed by fastening the locking device after the distance between the front frame and the rear frame is adjusted to a proper length, the scooter prevents the relative distance between the front frame and the rear frame from being changed and traffic safety from being affected during the driving process, and the scooter is more reliable to adjust.
