The invention relates to a controller for capacitor energy storage type automobiles. The controller has the advantages of high charge efficiency, high operation efficiency, simple maintenance, great convenience and lower cost. The controller comprises a CPU controller, wherein a charging circuit, a storing capacitor and an electric motor are respectively connected to a first port, a second port and a third port of the CPU controller, and a display circuit and a man-machine dialogue circuit are respectively connected to a fourth port and a fifth port of the CPU controller.
